West Midlands Cyber Community Cohesion: Relaunching the Cyber Working Group

Exciting news, we are relaunching the Cyber Working Group! Join us as we discuss our plans to unify the Cyberspace in the West Midlands.
The West Midlands Cyber Working Group (CWG) is a virtual team of volunteers dedicated to unifying and strengthening the regional cyber ecosystem. It achieves this by fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing skills development, and coordinating efforts in line with the UK’s National Cyber Strategy.
The CWG includes members from key organisations such as the West Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre (WM CRC), Midlands Cyber, and ROCUWM, alongside representatives from academia and the commercial sector.

- Cian Galvin – Head of Cyber Skills at the Department of Science Innovation and Technology (DSIT), focusing on driving cybersecurity skills development and initiatives across the UK.
